BTW, if this should become a reference book, the Crime section could use some polishing. It currently sounds like the penalty is the sum of the crime-related buildings (and then 5% of the total income on top of it) while in fact one random building is drawn and you pay the penalty for that particular building only - unless you get unlucky and the crime happens to be General which takes 5% of your pre-tax income (which is way worse than it sounds because a 500 SIM card can produce 10 SIM a day meaning 90% tax is still a great deal).
