I put the list of the 23 folks that cast their vote for me before I posted about running into random.org list randomizer to give each person a number.
The numbers were as follows.
Then I went back to the random.org homepage and put 1-23 in the RNG
Hit "Generate" and we end up with...

Next I took the 26 voters as of last night and put them in the same list randomizer and it spit this list out.
I sent a soldier card to all the players next to an even number in the above list.
Last, I sent a FULL public restroom card to @treasure.hoard because if you didn't vote for me, you must be full of shit confusion xD
Okay, that is all taken care of so now over to the government page of dcity.io to flip some swithces and start a war!!
