When considering my goal as the presidential candidate, I wish to introduce a mechanism that could work solid when SIM price shows high fluctuations from the conceptually pegged-price (0.005 HIVE).
Moreover, not to upset new joiners & to keep the freshness of the game + motivate them to invest in the 2nd Edition of the game I will focus more on 2nd Edition favored taxations.

1st Edition of DCity is the major problem that brought the selling pressure on SIM. Therefore, my taxations will focus more on reducing SIM rewards from 1st Edition cities.Moreover, not to upset new joiners & to keep the freshness of the game + motivate them to invest in the 2nd Edition of the game I will focus more on 2nd Edition favored taxations.
( Symbols : > greater than, < less than, >= greater than or equal, <= less than or equal )
SIM Price Safe Limit >= 0.0048 HIVE
(Get an Average SIM price of 3 days for decision making.)
Luxury tax remains as 30%
If SIM price reached the Safe Limit (0.0048 Hive) I will turn on (only) 2 taxes as follows:
War tax - 10% (10 days)
Basic tax - (1% - 5%) (14 days)
~~ There are no other taxes if SIM price reached the Safe Limit ~~
War tax - 10% (10 days)
Basic tax - (1% - 2%) (14 days)
Eco tax / Education tax - 5% (7 days)
Note: **Either** Eco tax or Education tax will be turned on.
War tax - 10% (14 days)
Basic tax - 1% (14 days)
Eco tax / Education tax - 5% (7 days)
Art tax / Jobs tax - 5% (7 days)
Note:
**Either** Eco tax or Education tax will be turned on.
**Either** Art tax or Jobs tax will be turned on.
(Police tax - If needed 1% of the Tax will add here)
War tax - 10% (14 days)
Basic tax - 0% (turn-off)
Eco tax / Education tax - 0% (turn-off)
Art tax / Jobs tax - 0% (turn-off)
Note:
Only War tax will be turned on to reduce 1st edition city rewards.
Due to the higher Income tax which is based on SIM price, the game will get a huge tax rate.
Therefore, I am turning off most of taxes & will keep War tax to reduce 1st Edition SIM rewards.
