I think it is very impressive that you made this video and I am sure it was helpful to grief and process. I agree that crying is a good thing and that it is just one of many things where society has created a weird opinion about. This whole thing how a man (or a woman) has to behave is ridiculous.
I don't know what your world view is but mine is that we are all infinite spiritual beings on a physical experience. It is weird that how we feel seperate from the rest of creation and how we forget about where we are coming from. But in reality (at least in my view) we are all one and we are all permanently connected. I have no clue what happens to us after death but it is certainly part of the bigger thing. Makes me cry a little bit myself but I do believe that this is all very wonderful and that we are blessed to have this experience. Death is just a transition into a different state of energy. It's all pure love.
