The subject is global debt. No one knows how this bubble will pop. Who will suffer when world governments throw in the towel and publically acknowledge the fact their debts will never be paid? What will happen to fiat currencies? How many millions of people will die?
All of the insanity we see as banks and governments attempt to keep things going are experiments. There is no way of knowing! The global economy is lost in unfamiliar space. We feel for a few steps in some direction with blind hope.
Daily observation of the situations is of little help. Turkey and Venezuela are probing the darkness of uncertainty. There are no magic cures available.
The US dollar is not strong enough to save the world. A one world government is a logical solution, but who will be our leader?
I am old and will not live to see the answers. The future has hope, but it is only a glimmer.
Here is today’s beauty.
maybe only our grandchildren know the answer. I hope you are long-lived @doctorjohn
Your words and thoughts are profound @doctorjohn. We do not know what the future will hold but we remain hopeful that we are equipped to deal with the clouds that are rolling in.
If I had to guess I'd say that a New World Order is what's on the cards and humanity is on the menu but if there are torches to take us forward may it be lit by wise men like you!
You are right .
My country is suffering from this.
Beauty should be saved.
The one thing That I need to say is that One world government is not the answer and never will be the answer. Right now we have one banking system in the world and they got us into this mess.
To innovate is to survive, to remain static is to die. Whether in the microcosm or macrocosm this holds true. Evolution is the survival of the fittest for the environment they are in and changes to physical, hierarchal or mental “standards” allows the whole to develop with changing enviromental stimuli. In order to exist you need to evolve. If governments do not evolve then they will be replaced. It is human nature to rebel against authority yet crave it at the same time. Anarchy is impossible for any length of time, animals of all types will organize themselves eventually because that is how we came to being; individual cells organizing into increasingly complex organisms. Government as we know it may fail, but we will never be without it. Thanks for another thought provoking post @doctorjohn!
