@onnovocks What he said. I feel the same way you do, from both a poster and someone who wants to see people's cool work. I percolate on what I really see as the issue: is it that my favorite people get lost in the noise (and would I really prefer algorithms adjusting what I see) , is it that there is more noise than necessary because even people I enjoy might over-post to take advantage of things such as SBI or just that they want to maintain visibility (this is frustrating because it is hard to comb through their 'eh work' to get to their 'best work' . I haven't cracked it or formed a solution that doesn't introduce more problems than it fixes yet but i hope you don't disappear from here completely either. and yes cross posting is an easy solution :)

@kilbride I actually have to dig to get to the truly good stuff, even the posts of those I follow quickly disappear in a pile of self upvoted garbage unless I happen to be on line at the right time. This irritates me to no end. Then there are the psychopaths like Bernadette Flagalicious who think that using bots to flag anyone of their choice is a fair tactic. Well hooray! He can have this platform all to himself while using the same bots to up vote his own one line shite. I did find some good folks to follow here, but most of them have left for similar reasons, or have, at a minimum, gone inactive. Greetings!
haha ah yes, speaking of flags, some poem I wrote just got flagged and I have no idea why lol. It's getting silly in here for sure
I think they are cashing out.
