Empece hace dos días y mi labor continuara a diario, estoy seguro recibiré una delegación porque me esforzare todos los días por demostrar que la merezco.
El publico ha ido descendiendo junto a la bajada del mercado, cuando es el momento ideal para apoyar la plataforma, publicar a diario, mejorar nuestros contenidos, invertir. Sobre todo invertir, es lo que menos hacen. La guerra entre nosotros es otro punto fuerte actualmente se respira una zona de paz, pero se que en el fondo hay una guerra fría latente. Cuando hay envidia, competencia insana, egoísmo... Cosas más del alma que se trabajan poco a poco.
En mi anterior post he colocado tres usuarios que veo que destacan con su gestión en steemit, repleto de energía, entusiasmo, calidad, productividad. Cosas fundamentales que deben tener un excelente usuario, rasgos importantes que nos hacen resaltar y encaminarse al éxito.
En el primer post es mi presentación, enfatizo mi objetivo de capturar una ballena o que ellas me capturen a mi, también de escribir sin pelos en la lengua. La verdad clara y directa así duela porque el dolor transforma, es fundamental si deseamos ser profesionales.
Me alegra sinceramente que la comunidad anglosajona nos dedique atención. Gracias en especial a @tarekadam por esta iniciativa, por favor evalúa bien a quien eliges, ya que suelen existir en diferentes comunidades una especie de amiguismo, terminan por solo votarse entre ellos, y lo peor del caso es que se esconden bajo la mascara de la filantropia, actuando como "los buenos de la obra", además que aquellos grupos que emprenden por la "comunidad", no apoyan ni siquiera con votos, resteem o con algún comentario mínimo.
Hay usuarios que merecen ser destacados, me he propuesto la tarea de nombrar comunidades y personas por lo cual voy a elegir 3 usuarios.

Me parece alguien admirable, ejemplar para steemit, no me extiendo mucho porque a simple vista se ve desempeño del chico venezolano. Si desea participar en la delegación, se los recomiendo, tanto los otros usuarios anteriores.
La riqueza es algo que se seduce, trabaja y se gana con paciencia, con conocimiento adecuado. La inteligencia financiera. Un poder de voto es responsabilidad. Esto va para aquellos usuarios que desean la delegación. No es un juego, no es cualquier cosa. Puedes hacer maravillas con un voto, alguien que dedica su tiempo, su vida, sus recuersos limitados en inventar una publicación que atrape. En el fondo sabemos que "lo esencial es invisible para los ojos" como lo expresa el principito. Esto es un llamado de atención aquellos que vieron el concurso y enseguida se lanzaron a matar. No, calma, paciencia... No somos animales, demostremos que somos seres racionales. No se trata de aplastar al otro, mejor ser un equipo poderoso, caminando en manada. Bien entiendo que existan lobos solitarios pero al final siempre se van con la manada, y aquellos uqe suelen ser independiente son los que se convierten en los mejores lideres.
Entonces... Conciencia, controlen el hambre, hay para todos. Antes de terminar por nuestra culpa miren como la comunidad anglosajona nos ve...
Al principio da risa, si analizas bien deja mucho que pensar, nos ven como muertos de hambres. Somos más que pobres ciegos pidiendo un voto. Somos guerreros, la situación que pasa Venezuela es una prueba. ¡Vaya prueba! La vamos a superar chicos, animos, yo creo en mi y en ustedes. Siento fe por un cambio y la empezamos a realizar desde adentro en el corazoncito.

Me gustaría que seas mi altavoz, ayuda a conseguir la atención necesaria de las demás comunidades, hay mucho poder de voto inutilizado y malgastado. Le deseo sacar provecho como es debido. La comunidad hispana tiene mucho que dar, apoyando a los usuarios adecuados que se ganen el pan merecidamente harán catapultar Steemit, voy a ser una ballena con mis proyectos y mientras soy un pez me apoyare en ustedes, para después alimentar a los peces que me sigan.
Atraer a más personas como tú dispuestas a invertir en nosotros, sé que existen y no voy a esperar que aparezcan, las buscaré y les diré. ¡Aquí estoy, dispuesto a dar todo de mi! Apoyame que a futuro obtendrás tu recompensa. Las cosas se ganan, se buscan, no caen del cielo.

Otra idea que también te pude servir, hay proyectos muy buenos que lo único que necesitan es poder de voto. Podrías prestar tu poder con un trail, como hacen con steempress. Sin necesidad delegar.

Gracias por el apoyo, definitivamente no puedo hacer más que sentirme feliz porque entonces la misión ha sido llevada a cabo de la mejor manera posible, gracias por este post porque es bonito saber que están pendiente del trabajo que uno dedica a esta hermosa plataforma. Sea quién sea el que gane la delegación solo espero que sea utilizada de manera responsable porque como tú lo dices, el abuso de poder y el egoísmo han destruido este hermoso ecosistema.

Aun sigo sintiendo emoción cuando me comentan, he pasado un tiempo considerable en steemit, todavía me alegro con este tipo de reacciones. Respondiste rápido, la viva prueba de una seria dedicación. Bien dicho, se aproximan buenos tiempos, he desarrollado visión, pero si queremos disfrutar de los frutos hay que sembrarlos desde ahora.
Vamos invertir conciencia en la comunidad, más que insultarnos educar correctamente. Confió en lideres como tú que les nazca el coraje necesario para emprender con fuerza y vocación.

¿Cómo no responder rápido? Sí este tipo de cosas son los pilares fundamentales de la motivación que nos mueven para cambiar esta plataforma, simplemente es la gratitud, una de las cualidades que los seres humanos han perdido y que verdaderamente hace falta, el volver y agradecer por un buen gesto o por unas palabras de aliento.
Esa es mi misión y visión, recuperar eso, hacer comunidad y sacar adelante a las personas que como yo intentan luchar contra los malos tiempos usando su talento y no las malas prácticas de la vida.
¿Verdad? Me recargan la inspiración, es como ver a la chica que te gusta, risueña y coqueta. Exaltan mis sentidos. Dijiste algo muy cierto, que pondré en práctica, el agradecer.
Nos hemos enfocado en exigir como si nosotros somos los dueños, en vez de detenernos a reconocer el arduo trabajo. Las malas prácticas que solemos imitar porque lo hacen la mayoría. En el fondo sabemos que es incorrecto la mejor manera y viable forma de cambiar es dar el ejemplo.
