I won't be ready until late this evening, as that's when my Power Down goes through. I can stop it at that point and all the rest of my Steem Power will be free to delegate.

It is the same rate as above. @abudar made a number of separate requests. He paid a total of 57 Steem for the 2850 Steem Power. The 30 Steem was for an additional 1500 Steem Power, bringing it up to 4350 total.

Sorry, 1 week delegations aren't great from the delegator's point of view. I also keep my accounting simpler by having a fixed period.

Your delegations are set to expire on different days from 21st to 26th of August. In order to keep things simple, if you want to continue the delegations we can have them all expire on 26th. However can you inform me if you'd like to do a repeat before the 21st?
The cost of a repeat will be 58.5 Steem for the same amount of SP. Alternatively I can double the amount of delegated SP from the 26th onwards for 117 Steem.
