If you are already in business, you can help yourself access what you are doing In order to make it more enjoyable or it can help you change your decision to do something else. When the vision for your business matches the reality of what you are doing, you have a recipe for success and fulfillment for both a small business and a better future.
 Let’s assume you’re just starting your business. As we discussed many people chose a business based on one or two factors. Earlier, I said that some people start business out of necessity to make enough money to support themselves and their families. Common example of necessity forced business include selling oranges on freeway, hawking handkerchief on holdup, learning to drive a taxi, people are now going into multi level marketing out of necessity. They’re working full time already and they hear or see an advert about making some money in their spare time. None of this business require huge capital or talent and the certainly require little or no personal vision. Unfortunately, these ‘business” are more like self- employment, and but their future is very limited.
 The second factor to consider while choosing a business is your training or your background. Some people tend to leave their job or training place to start their own business which is similar to there previous job or training.
When the vision of writing this book and motivating young people came to me in 2013, I shared the vision with my closest brother and friends, they asked me, how much have you read? What do you know that you want to share with people? It was then that I increased my reading culture, attending seminars, buying tapes, learning from mentors.
 THE THREE COMPONENT OF SUCCESFULL VISION
Instead of choosing a business out of necessity or based on a particular talent or training, I believe that the vision for your business must be based on something that join Collins postulated as a great about a great business occurring when three different things interest.

  1. Do what you are happy doing
  2. Something you’re great at doing
  3. Something that makes a possible

THE DIAGRAM BELOW ILLUSTRATES THIS

Do what Do what
You’re you do
Happy great
Doing

         Be
      Profitable
  1. Do what you are happy doing
What would you do if you could choose any business in the world? No matter how much money a business can generate unless you love what the business does, you are not likely to make gold out of it. On the other hand, when you find a business that is interwoven to something that you do or will do even do if nobody pays you to do it is at that point you have found something that will get you up in the morning and keep you working for long hours in a the day . Don’t forget that it is time to get a business of the ground
  1. Do what you do great
Your vision for your business also should be based upon your unique ability those things you do with ease yet have wonderful result.

Imagine a craft man with a particular picture in mind that he want to work on he puts in all his zeal, strength and love on the process till he paints his real dream, the same thing works with a tailor and is also applicable to you.

  1. Be profitable
The third element of a successful business is that it must be profitable! Otherwise you don’t have a business you have a hobby so many people today are in the multilevel marketing business and they are very happy with it.

Most of them love what they are doing, they are great at talking about the product and enrolling others in the business but they focus less on being profitable, please don’t misunderstand me I am also in the industry and it rocks, but the idea to me is not really going to make you wealthy.

Some business owners go into business to make money from their talent but then they forget the profit motivation along the way while profit should be your only motivation. It is equal to the other the factors of loving what you do and being good at it.
Imagine a speaker who speaks to a group of persons for free, he loves to speak and he has mastered the art of speaking but he is not earning from his skills, he is not in business until he charges a fee from his audience then he is making profit.
Look at the diagram closely you will see a “sweet spot” where the three circle intersect that’s the spot where you love what you do if you are good at it you, will earn from it
