Ingredients

250 gr ground beef
50 gr chicken chicken meat (may be skip)
1 egg whites
4-5 small ice box cubes
3 tablespoons kanji / tapioca flour (munjung)
2 teaspoons garlic powder (2 cloves garlic, mashed)
1 tablespoon fried onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon mushroom broth / flavor
1/2 tsp baking powder
to taste water
Step
Enter into egg white blender, garlic powder, fried onion, salt, pepper powder, flavoring and baking powder, then blender briefly
Add beef and chicken, blender again until mixed. Insert ice cubes and tapioca flour, blend until evenly until the dough is textured like pasta (not too soft). Move it into the basin
Heat the water to a boil, then turn off the fire, the form of meatballs and put into boiled water, do not forget to rub a little oil on the hands / spoons used to form meatballs to not too sticky. Do it until the dough runs out, to float all the meatball dough that has been formed, if it is floating all, turn on the fire to boil and make sure all the meatballs are already floating (sign if the meatball is cooked), boil approximately 5 minutes then lift and put into water ice
