My dental care routine in the morning and at night

in #dental9 years ago

Recently I found I have 5 cavities.. ever since I have been more proactive in taking care of my teeth. Going from not brushing too much and hardly flossing I now brush and floss morning and night and I use oralive a toothpaste concoction: ,and do oil pulling, try to do it once a day with a tablespoon of coconut oil, swish it in the mouth for 20 minutes and spit it and rinse my mouth. I have been doing this routine for the last two weeks and yet I'm not sure how much it is doing for me.. I will find out over time.. It is good however to be proactive to care for my teeth and stirs up energy in me to empower myself to take care of myself.

Oralive seems to be an interesting product.. the active ingredients are earthy materials.. "Volcanic earth minerals, vitamin c,camu camu, amia, calcium, xylitol, nettle, folic acid, CoQ 10, Marine Phytoplankton, Astaxanthin, Blue Green Algae, Pau D'Arco, Aloe Vera, Noni, Peppermint, Melissa, Amica, Licorice, Mint, Turmeric, Holy Basil, Ginger, Essential Oils of Neroli, Jasmine, Spikenard, Rose.

The ingredients are suppose to promote probacterias in the mouth to protect the gums and fight off bad bacteria that eat away at the teeth and gums.. if anyone has experiences with these products let me know! I am interested
in hearing testimonals

Nice to hear you're spending more time on your teeth now. As a dental student I only can approve that. If I can give you a little advise: brush your teeth twice a day and use interdental cleaners. That way you'll be doing enough and you'll save yourself a lot of time
