I'm starting this to record my daily life after realising I have depression.
This is the only platform where no one knows who I really am and I'm pretty sure none of my friends uses it.
Today is not a good day, I haven't felt so unmotivated for a long long time.
My mood swings so bad I can be so anxious and angry and the next minute I'm totally calm.
I have absolutely no interest in doing anything, I wanted to stay in bed but the other me is like oh no I still got work to do I have to get up and finish it.
This inner conversation has been going on for the whole day.
I hate going out, hate seeing people, hate talking, hate socialising.
I feel like a loser today.
Finally, I have something to show my doctor during the next appointment.
This is a good idea to express all these feelings.
