The current BTC price is very low and hopefully won't go much lower. It seems now it's the time to make a bet on the rise. The safest way is to buy a call option at https://www.deribit.com.

Action: buy 0.1 BTC of BTC-29JUN18-10000-C for 0.03 BTC
