Black Forest Cake
There are recipes, which are welcome throughout the globe. They do not belong to any country, and at the same time belong to all. This peculiarity is because they contain a magic ingredient, such as chocolate. Chocolate is one of the magic ingredients in any pastry recipe, and is used in most gourmet confectionery preparations.
We are talking about the famous Black Forest, and is that it is one of the favorites of our palate, being one of the most exotic cakes, both for its content and for its presentation. Among its ingredients are: cream of chatilly, cherries, textured chocolate sponge, chocolate shavings, brandy, and then describe how to prepare this delicious black Forest cake.
Ingredients
• 150 Gr. sugar
• 180 Gr. Flour
• 6 eggs
• 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 1 liter whipping cream
• Chocolate shavings
• 30 Ml. of large Menier or brandy
• 1/2 Kilo of strawberries or cherries
Platform Manufacturing
In a bowl mix with the flour and cocoa powder and make a homogeneous mixture.
In another bowl separately, beat the sugar and eggs. When it becomes dense and frothy, stop beating and then add the mixture of cocoa powder, it begins to beat with a wooden spoon, with surrounding movements, always taking care to keep the air, so as to prevent the cake gets heaviness.
After this phase, pour the resulting mixture into a pre-oiled pírex or mold and sprinkled with flour.
Bake at 350 º F (180 º C), for a period of approximately 30 minutes

Cake Manufacturing
Handle the chocolate cake and make it three capable by means of two cuts in a horizontal way.
Locate the first layer on a tray, where the cake will be assembled and lightly soak the layer with a touch of liquor.
Put whipped cream and place the cut strawberries in halves, and return to put a layer of whipped cream on the strawberries, then put the next cupcake.
Immediately after putting the new biscuit, we precede to moisten with liquor, and again repeat the process again.
Ornament with whipped cream, and place the chocolate shavings on the perimeter inside the cream. Place under refrigeration. And with that would be ready!
