Many must not be knowing but this is called Modak, a sweet which is not that sweet made during festival mostly in Maharashtra.
This need patiance and skills. The outer cover is made of rice flour and tge inside has coconut, jaggery and Cardamom mixer. This mixer is stuffed in the rice ball making that beautiful pattern and is steamed for 15mins and later is savoured with clearified butter which is called Ghee.
