• Cucumber pickles, tomatoes, and other sunsets. They contain the proportion of preservatives, flavor enhancers, salts, decent dyes. In such products, there are very few vitamins and nutrients.
Better to use natural frozen products and cook ragout, compotes, fruit dessert from it.
• Nuts, and especially peanuts - are strong allergens, preferably avoiding them.
Frying plates that irritate mucus and cause heartburn, gastritis, and other gastrointestinal diseases. For the same reason, you should exclude dishes in the breading. And also hot sauce, mustard, turnip, mayonnaise, pepper, tomato sauce, vinegar.
• Meat and fish flowing.
• Mushrooms of any kind, pate, sausage, smoked products.
• Semi-prepared foods, chips, crackers, various sticks, nuts and many other densely populated things in our life under the category "to have a snack."
Yes, this list includes not only factory products with poor composition, but also natural and beneficial. It is difficult for a growing organism to master even what is a full-fledged adult diet. And much of what we're used to, will bring danger to the baby.
After five years, you need to gradually incorporate these products into their diet. More cereals, dairy products, dried fruits, nuts, fruits, vegetables, soups, fish, meat. You will see how easy and delicious it is to get your child to get the right nutrition.
