Hallo liebe Community,
hier hat es den ganzen Tag geregnet und ich bin nicht nach draußen gegangen.
Dafür habe ich gekocht: Geschnetzeltes mit Riesenchampignons, Serviettenknödel (ein Fertigprodukt, aber unheimlich lecker).
Dazu gibt es Feldsalat mit frischen Champignons. Die Soße vom Geschnetzeltem habe ich mit grünem Pfeffer, Sahne, Rotwein und einem Löffel Preiselbeeren verfeinert.
So, das Essen ist fertig.

Jetzt kann man im Wald wieder schöne Pilze sammeln
und feine Gerichte daraus machen.
Euer Essen sieht sehr gut aus. Besonders die Preiselbeeren
geben der Mahlzeit eine besondere Note.
