Copying my text from earlier so people understand why I flagged. I am happy to discuss the reasoning and discuss alternatives that is how you could have a lotto without asking for upvotes to enter.
Maybe a "buy-in" of liquid Steem / SBD? Just a thought but I'm afraid I am going to have to flag this for spam and request that you drop the voting requirement.
Please, read the following for reference about what is spam. It is fine to have a contest but, if you are asking for upvotes to enter, it is considered spam. I hope you understand. Also, it appears that you are using tags that are not pertinent to your content. Please, only use relevant tags.
