When I was an office worker I rotated between sitting on an exercise ball, standing & the occasional chair. My breaks & lunch were spent hiking the trails behind the building & I would do sit-ups push ups & pull-ups before & after every walk. People I worked with thought I was crazy. Funny thing is I thought they were crazy for sitting in the same spot all day, never moving, & constantly shoveling processed garbage, soda & Starbucks in their insatiable faces. Same people would ask me why I never get sick & they were always feeling like crap & popping pills the dr gave them. Haven’t been back to that office in many years but have meaning to stop by for motivation! Stay fit everybody!

I see you got the point. Glad, you definitely have the right attitude.
This is exactly the way to do it. Many people would complain and say:
Oh I work in the office, I have no opportunity to have much activity over the day.
If the circumstances are not the best, just change them. YOU have the decision.
First the people thought you were crazy but afterwards they understood. Didn't they? :)
Great comment, thanks for stopping by!
Nah, they still thought I was crazy! Those poor people are so hooked & brainwashed by sugar, social media, & soul sucking work that they just keep eating cake, drinking soda, & stalking celebrities online, addictions reinforced by the workplace.
If that's so then just let the people live their own lifestyle and make it better your own.
Someday people recognize that they rather have had done in different but that's life.
I used that workplace as motivation to go back to school, learn more valuable information, & go get a better job, which of course wasn’t perfect either!
It doesn't have to be perfect all the time.
It's about making the best out of a situation and feeling well in life. :)
& helping others feel good! Great post 🙏
Thank you!! :)
