RE: My 3 Months Transformation - How I Burned Fat And Built Muscles (English/German)

in #deutsch7 years ago (edited)

Ohh man! You're doing great. Look at the abs! It's been 1 year I worked out so now I lose some weight. Now my problem, I look anorexic so for another one year, my main goal is to build muscles for my abs, chests, and butt. I did not control myself to eat bad foods as long as I can drink water 8x a day is fine but somehow I dnt have abs. There are still fats in my belly. It's a sign to exercise and descipline myself to eat quantity of good foods. The process to get my main goal is harder than you maybe because I've been battling a muscle loss that weakens my flexibility and strength so the easier workout for me is swimming. But I am glad u commented my previous post. Now I have many friends who can help me reaching my goal and advice me on my leg hamstring. The worse, I cnt do many squats a day because knee swells. Pls.always update us.

By the way, did u use whey and creatine? Are u in bodybuilding.com?

Thank you for your kind words!
Many well trained people already have abs but you won't see them as long as they have fat belly fat.
So do your abs workout maybe 2,3,4 per week and the more important thing:
You have to lose your fat. If you want to lose weight the only thing that matters is to have a negative calorie balance, what means you have to burn more calories than you consume.
On the internet there are different calculators that help you calculating your consumption and calorie demand.
Eat enough protein to not lose muscle while you're losing weight.
Whey can be a help but only as an addition. It is never an alternative for well balanced diet.
I use whey the whole year and creatine I used you use temporary.
Whey I would suggest you but I don't think it is necessary for you to use creatine.
I use myprotein.com
I don't know if you can buy from there where you live but they have some cheap und good whey.
I'm sure you will achieve your goals as long as you stay tuned and show persistence. It takes its time but it's worth it :)

Thanks man! I'm gonna open this site u said.
