:-) This is Ok for us. We wrote that informations to give the interessted people the transparency about our work. So, you as a "normal User", can know the follow. :-)

As a creator:

1. Send 0,1 Hive to @commentcoin to buy one CC.
2. Use the Hashtag #CC in your article (Hashtaglist) to activate the system.
3. Good commentators under your article get their CC from your wallet.

As a commentator:

1. Search the the CC articles you want to comment here: https://peakd.com/created/cc
2. Comment them, to get a CC in your CC- own Wallet. (If we open the Website later it shows you balances etc.pp.)

Here you see the system is working or not without the CC website:

This day´s the old funds of the early CC adopters will be ported to the new system. (With the new fixed price based for calculating!)
