No way I can address this question in a comment ; -) The video is actually quite remarkable on a few levels. First, I love the way it captured a moment in time. Second, it was funny on the surface, yet if one reflects about the lives of those who were seeking a connection to the wonder of nature with their limited means, it is poignant (rührend.)

Thanks, I really agree, that the video contains some kind of deeper wisdom inside. It's quite remarkable, how some people are satisfiable by a small piece of garden below an autobahn bridge. When you look at Asia for example, they are even happy with (digital) pets instead of children, all for the pleasures of having a job.
