You are being flagged because you vote for less than a cent (~10 cents/day) then make an automated post that extracts even more from the reward pool.
If every made an automated post every time they made 10 cents of votes for the day this place would be a mess.
The question is how can my bot support the German community without growing?
Curation rewards like everyone else. You want to write about the posts you curate, I'd have no problem with that, in fact may even upvote it. Having 3 bots give out a total of around 25 cents of upvotes over 24 hours and then extract 4x in automated rewards is just silly. Not to mention all the comments saying you gave out less than 1 cent upvote to them. You extract far more in rewards and resources from the chain than you give out.
I am truly sorry for your two heart attacks and I hope you get better but don't you dare pretend that I am the cause of it.
