First draft for the logo of my series / Erster Logo-Entwurf für meine Serie

Hi guys.

Today, I present the first draft for the logo of my "Science for Everybody"-series. It is made with Inkscape. Perhaps, you have some suggestions for improvement?
The new article of the series, in which the logo should be used will probably arrive tomorrow.

Hey Leute!

Heute möchte ich euch den ersten Entwurf für das Logo meiner "Wissenschaft im Alltag"-Serie zeigen. Es ist mit Inkscape erstellt worden. Habt ihr vielleicht Verbesserungsvorschläge?
Der neue Artikel der Serie, in dem das Logo benutzt werden soll, wird wahrscheinlich morgen kommen.

    I don't like this logo, look like old school 90s design..
    Suggestions:

    • Use more simple and actual typography
    • Don't put too much text shadow
    • Be more clear on the message and put the title in the middle and in big
    • Change the colors
    • Look at some tutorial on youtube about logo design
    • Take inspiration from actual logo

    Thank you for your honest suggestions!
    Well, I'm not an design expert and the main reason for this logo is to create something with a certain recognition value. In fact, I like the general design as it is, which is not meaning that there can't be room for improvement.
    I will look at it again and look, if and what I can change.
    So again, thank you for your encouragement!

      Hm. Das ist zwar ganz witzig, aber ich hätte schon irgendwie gerne den Titel der Serie verarbeitet, um den Wiedererkennungswert zu erhöhen. Aber mal sehen, ob ich doch noch eine Art Comic einfüge. Danke!
