| This is the last post on our holidays in the Provence region. When driving along this canyon (gasoline wasn't that expensive 4 weeks ago), we gazed at the impressive "gorges du Verdon" (wiki, more info). This river canyon is 25 kilometres long and partially 700 metres deep. | Dies ist der letzte Beitrag über unseren Urlaub in der Provence. Bei der Fahrt entlang dieser Schlucht (Benzin war vor 4 Wochen noch nicht so teuer) haben wir die beeindruckenden "gorges du Verdon" bestaunt (wiki, mehr Infos). Diese Flussschlucht ist 25 km lang und teilweise 700 Meter tief. | Este es el último post sobre nuestras vacaciones en la región de la Provenza. Al conducir por este cañón (la gasolina no era tan cara hace 4 semanas), contemplamos las impresionantes "gargantas del Verdon" (wiki, más información). Photo 2 I love sceneries like this where a river cuts its way through the rocks. Also metaphorically for life, slow and steady going your way with the stream.

One of my car owner friends told me a few years ago that a car is a luxury. Looks like nowadays it really is. At least the cars, which are using gasoline.
Hopefully electric cars will improve and become more affordable in the future.
