Project Funding
Every project proposed by CryptoFlow Developments will go through an initial round of funding. This will be done by allocating a number of slots for each project with a different amount for each investor.

Milestone
During the funding round, different milestones will be set. After the milestone has been reached, funding will be taken for the acquisition of the milestone. If a project fails to reach funding then all investments will be returned.

Project management
Each project will be managed locally by an approved Project Manager. CryptoFlow Developments will oversee the full development carried out in the required manner, the highest timeframe and specifications.

PROJECTS

HOW IT WORKS: Each project is accessed by CryptoFlow Developments to make sure the proposal put forward can be met. Full project costings will be analyzed and the achievable profit outcome and time frame will be taken into account to get the best return for our investors.

Projects will be proposed on different levels with slots to suit different investors. To invest in a project you need to purchase CFD coins directly from CryptoFlow Developments. These coins are then locked in the required slots. Once the project is complete CryptoFlow Developments will then purchase those coins back from you at a value related to the initial investment plus the percentage of profit made on the project after taxes and fees.

No project will go ahead unless the funding of the milestones is reached. As your investment is locked into a property you will always maintain that security.

As more and more projects become available for the funding rounds they will be posted under the projects section. In there you will be able to see the amount of funding needed for each project, the expected return, timeframe and the cost per slot.

CFD Project Tokens

CFD Project Tokens give the opportunity to invest in the development of a new property, properties, renovation or restoration of a particular project by purchasing tokens allocated to slots on each development.

Once you purchase a slot on a particular project you will receive an allocation of tokens equal to the amount of your investment which will become locked under smart contracts for the duration of the development.

On completion and sale of the development, you will then receive an offer from CryptoFlow Developments to purchase your tokens back for the price you paid for them plus a share in any profit made on the development.​ Further details and additional options are set out in the White Paper.
