Today's Scripture
At the window of my house I looked down through the lattice. I saw among the simple, I noticed among the young men, a youth who had no sense. (Proverbs 7:6-7)
Thoughts for Today
Proverbs is a good book for youth wanting to gain wisdom and understanding. Sometimes we may be educated or intellectually smart but we also need wisdom which can be found in the Bible.
The Bible's wisdom is ageless, it was useful in the past, it is still useful now and it will be useful in the future. If you ever need wisdom or direction, just turn to the book of Proverbs. The world may change its direction, people may be different but the situation wisdom of God is ageless.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. (Hebrews 13:8)
Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
We thank you for Your wisdom and love through Your Word. Lead us and direct us in Your ways. That everything we do may bring glory unto You. We ask this in Your Precious Name, Jesus. Amen!
