You had me at the point where you said you'd repay the DHF if you hit profitability 😀
Admittedly it would be useful in due course to see what that break-even point is in cash terms, but just the principle is a vast improvement over so many other proposals which just expect a pure grant even if they'll be generating revenue.
My business had a shop in the past (before going purely online), so I'm interested in what it would look like from a retailer perspective.
I guess the key barriers to overcome are to integrate it into existing hardware where possible, to avoid the "I don't want yet another machine cluttering up my counter top" reaction, and also a really easy way for retailers to enter a price in local currency, select HBD or HIVE and then the machine does the rest.
In crypto, we're used to complexity, but this has to be simple enough that even the dimmest shop assistant can be quickly trained to use it without error.
As a thought, have you talked to @distriator about offering this as an option ? It's one of my favourite projects, but I've seen posts occasionally where it doesn't' work because it relies on both customer and retailer having good mobile signals (not always a given in some of the places where it's most popular !)
