Valueplan The NumbersValue Plan Q1 2025 Proposal #335 is a significant amount, and it is essential to quantify and justify the overall value it brings to HIVE in terms of ecosystem growth, community engagement, and long-term sustainability. If funds are merely being distributed without user engagement or no activity aimed at growing their accounts, then it all becomes an unsustainable cycle with no real value being added to the ecosystem. Its just like users creates account, take the funds in their wallet and then cash out. What did HIVE get in return? I normally make one post a day but when I stumbled upon the post of @blanchy regarding and saw the details, I felt disheartened. So, I decided to share my thoughts around it. First my sincere thanks to @blanchy for sharing in depth details and I know how much time consuming it can become to gather all details. So hats off to you man in doing the analysis and sharing it with all of us here @HIVE community. If DHF is being used for the growth of the HIVE blockchain and users can see the positive impact, then I believe no one will question the funds being allocated to a proposal. However, when the funds fail to deliver the expected value, it raises concerns about their effectiveness and are we ensuring proper utilization of the funds is being made. Digital promotions in India with the help of @finfarm and other media points is designed to bring Hive to the Indian tech community. This is a relatively new initiative which was launched in the second half of last year and is still seeing active development.
After reading all post of @blanchy and getting some idea, I thought let me check how funds have been used in India for digital promotion. Glancing account of @finfarm [Youtuber with 11K Subscribers and is just giving out giveaways to users who are not even doing any activity here on the HIVE chain] and @blackheart1 has no activity as well he is busy transferring the funds to different accounts. If we are hosting seminars, conferences, distributing merchandise then why we are not seeing that kind of an activity on your blog and users engagement. Frankly speaking and to be very honest, I didn't see any value they have generated in terms of funds they are taking from @valueplan . Normally, when you check an account, it's easy to determine whether they are actively contributing value or merely leeching the system. To be honest, I didn’t get any positive vibes here either.
I will urge to HIVE community overall to please vote for the - Support Decentralized Hive Fund: Return Proposal as this sets a very high benchmark for funds to be approved. Every single vote counts, and DHF is our Hive community fund, so let's ensure it is utilized in the best possible way.

valueplansummarizes the events that happen in India in its quarterly report.Everyone has their own opinion and I don't have any problems with that. So when you say
HIVE needs development Not Marketing & Rest will Follow, I respect your opinion even though I don't agree with it.So I hope you'll respect my opinion too (even if you don't agree with it) when I say that your daily content is leeching off the daily HIVE reward pool and doesn't deserve the payout they have been getting. There's no real engagement on your posts, vote trail is being taken advantage of, and most of your content is just.. well you know.
So just like how you tagged a few people, I would also like to tag @azircon who might agree or disagree with my opinion or yours or simply choose to ignore whatever this was.

Hi dear @azircon I am not against Blackheart not posting. My point was more on the side of sharing the attraction and engagement we got for the events happening. Many of us here in India would like to be part of that event and can help organize things in our cities too. Did I do something wrong here? Thanks

Only Indians and Nigerians do that and rest of the western world find it cringey!
I only use “dear” to my wife on rare occasions. I do use “dear” sometimes in my comments and when I do that means I not only hate you, but if I can get hold of you I will slap your face! It’s that much hate :) Do you get it? That’s the long story about “dear”.

How much they have taken ?
I think, whatever we do, valueplan will still get funded because it has support from the big accounts. India has massive opportunity and even we have a community, valueplan should consider to reach to active members first to see what better can be done.

I think, HIVE needs Marketing more than development, as we have not been really able to hit to the masses.
Exactly my point of view, when a proposal is funded they should be prompt to provide accurate result and feedback on how the money is being utilize rather than just fund a project and leave them to make use of it whatever way they can.
