Sugar is the poison in the modern diet, not just soft drinks and cake but in everything. Bread, Milk, Sweed, Carrots, Potatoes and even prescription drugs. I have found that the Ketogenic diet which cuts out all but a few carbs (20-50g per day) plus lots of leafy veg. like Organic Kale and Cabbage, Apple cider venagar and Omega 3 fatty acids from Fish, Avocados etc. Grass fed meat and butter Plus i have stopped drinking and exercise is becoming easier i feel better than i have in years and ive lost 1.5 Stone in 6 weeks.
