Welcome to Ritz's corner,
I have always been fascinated with medical health, I firmly believe people just don't get it, especially when they are scarfing down burgers, fries, and all the carb-a-holic foodies. They may get it, or maybe they are just bombarded with all the health food news, and just don't know where to start.
So let me be simple but gentle.
Every-time your blood sugar rises to over and above 7.0mmol/dl. That means organ damage can occur.
Can develop High Blood Pressure, Blindness, Amputations, Vascular insufficiencies(poor circulation), Strokes, Paralysis, Cancer and even Death.
So if you have a tendency to have risen blood sugars, your diabetic, its very important to keep your blood sugar below 7.
How can you do that? Its Simple.
1.Start a keto-diet.
Don't consume, bread, rice, pasta, refined sugar.
Get checkups every 3 months, where the docs can draw blood to find out every organ's health, and do a A1C, it shows compliance of blood sugar results every 3months. A1C over 6.5 indicate diabetes.
Monitor your blood glucose before meals, after meals and at bedtime.
Keep your doctors appointments.
Only consume, protein, veggies from all sources.
Keep yourself hydrated.
Good Luck!
Love and Light!
Peace!
