Here is my food diary, Hope all of you like it.
Morning:-
For today breakfast needs I prepare Pal Pongal with Kara Chutney.
In combination with Milk and Rice, we prepare this dish. In my home kids loved it.
Afternoon:-
For Today lunch needs I prepare capsicum fry, Drumstick sambar, rasam, curd and rice.
Today I prepare normal dishes not having any special.
Evening:-
In the evening I prepare coffee for my family. Along with taking chenna as a snack.
On using boiled which chenna we prepare this dish in our home very easily.
One of the most common snacks in our region.
Dinner:-
For Dinner needs to prepare idiyappam with leftover samber. But kids enjoy sugar.
Idiyappam is a very light and healthy dish. We can take it as a breakfast or dinner too as per our requirements.
