Diary | Lazy Sunday Recharge

in #diary5 years ago

Moving out with our van again was curious, it took us a while to get back into the travel groove. Went to go grocery shopping for a few days of leisure but found that due to a national holiday in Montenegro all stores were closed. So we ended up trying for a spot that we found on park4night, which we arrived in late afternoon. Beautiful view, but kinda close to a busy little beach for the locals. We wondered whether we would stay here, feeling slightly tired from the traveling and still in need of rest for a few days. And so we opted to try for the "harder spot" down the road that was listed - were happy to find our Sprinter van was easily able to make it through the path there.

And wow! We have found another awesome spot on the Adriatic coast! We are so happy, one of our favorite parking spots in Montenegro right now! Noone around but a few friendly locals who leave again after an hour in the afternoon, a mild breeze, a stunning view and solid 3g internet connection. Perfect!

Made another attempt to get some groceries yesterday and that was successful, we returned here and now entering relaxation mode. No work to be done like on the eco camping village we recently left, just our own projects. The Adriatic sea has perfect swimming temperature, the sun is burning down on us (today is actually a little cloudy) and we feel we want to get back to our media projects as soon as we feel rested after a day of doing nothing spectacular. Lazy Sunday.

The energies today feel a lot like that as well - everything is slow and nothing "exciting" is happening: GOOD. We could always use a day of rest before the adventure continues.

And so we are sitting enjoying the view, thinking up a new name for our busking project that is finally coming closer now that the borders might be reopened soon. We can't wait for it, to play music for people and to earn money for our grand vision day by day putting a smile on people's face.

We are so grateful to have these locations in our lives where we feel free to stay and enjoy the flow of life. It's already hard to remember what it felt like before all of this journey started. To some it might seem crazy living this way now, but to us it just feels normal.

Tiny steps to where we need to be and using the leisure day for dozing off, sorting some things in the van, writing a bit, making some artwork and some new posts, and overall just enjoying being alive. Seems like a much needed counterweight of all these past weeks of intense thrill over the developments on the world stage and in our own lives not knowing where the universe will take us.

Looking forward to more active days next week but for now: I'll go and chill out some more with the crypto charts, a beautiful view and a hot cup of coffee.

What a Sunday! Hope you are enjoying yours, gathering your strength or channeling your being into creative works you dig!

It looks very peaceful where you are. We ourselves love to get out and go enjoy nature and her wonders. It looks very relaxing. It is nice to see that the current threat to the world has not held everyone back from enjoy this thing that we call life.

Yeah we still have some tourists to play music for this season and we won't back down ;) The much needed relaxation phase now before the regular bustle in the tourist towns. Nature has been good to us these past days. Cheers for your comment

İ want to see Montenegro. But I must to wait because of corona :(

Aye, but they will likely reopen very soon, things are looking rather good for it as opposed to many oter parts in Europe and the balkans.
It's a beautiful place <3
