Job

Workplace and job have similar meanings but slightly different meanings.

A workplace is a place where you work for a specific company or organization. In other words, the place or organization where you work. For example, in "I work for Company ABC," "ABC Company" is the place where the person works.

On the other hand, occupation refers to the work or duties performed by an individual. In other words, it means the kind or field of work or work to be performed. For example, in the statement "I am an accountant", "accountant" is the individual's occupation, and it is not specified where this individual works.

Thus, workplace refers to a place or organization in which one works, and occupation refers to the work or task performed by an individual.

and it's true these two things are almost the same but have different meanings as you said, the workplace is a place where we work, while work is something we will do or do at work

Certainly dear @pishio for many years I was a teacher and supervisor of educational establishments, my place of work was the headquarters of the Ministry of Education in Caracas, the capital of Venezuela and my work area was all the schools and high schools in Venezuela and my direct occupation was to supervise the work carried out by teachers and professors in each school and high school in Venezuela. It is good that you have explained the difference between the workplace and what we do in it, that is, our occupation, profession and the area it covers. Successes in your publication from Venezuela.

Good explaination of the subtle differences between "workplace" and "occupation". It's important to understand the distinction between the two, as they both play an important role in defining our professional identities. It's also interesting to note that while our occupation may remain the same, our workplace may change throughout our career.
