My diet... count calories :/

At Saturday I decided to return to my always working diet and only once working for me diet - count calories. Other diets never working for me good for few reasons. I tried many diets in my life and all end very fast because of to litll calories in or drastic changes in this what I like eat. I don't prefer 1000 kcal diets or one kind food diet because it's not possible to eat like this all the time and that's why we end diets like this and comeback to previous weight. With calories count I loose about 20 kg in about 1,5 year, I ate about 1800 kcal a day a week, in weekend about 2500 kcal a day and I running about 3-5 times in week. I count only during week and at weekend I just caltulate in mind and that's why I think I ate about 2500kcal during weekend.

Since I remember I have problem with eating, it's called eating emotions but I do this when is good, when is wrong and when is boring too so all the time :) calories count saved me. My maximum weight was 96 kg, I am 172 cm in height. I felt not so good with so high weight. Later with some drastic diets I loose about 10kg and I had 86kg weight few years but was hard to keep it from growing.

About 2 years ago I started write what I eat and count calories, I ate not very litll, I ate about 1800 kcal a day and my weight dropped to 66 kg. Since last half year I was busy with something else and I neglected this so for now my weight is 70kg. It's still not so bad for me but I need to stop this, start controling myself to not make it worse, as addicted person, I need to control and be carefull with this.

Since Saturday I comeback to write all what I eat and I would like to loose few kilograms to feel better with myself. I feel much better even I just write what I eat and only writing what you eat should work for you to stop eating too much and if you write what you eat you realize how much you eat.

Calories count could be good to for you if you like to weight more too because many times I see that someone tell that eat a lot of food but cant gain weight and from this what I see I know that it's not much :)

Hope you understand what I mean, if you dont understand please let me know, I still learning English and I know soon I will write much better than you will understand me better too.

At Saturday, first day I ate about 1865 kcal and I feel really good that I start. Ohh and I don't eat only health food, I try to but I am only human I like sometimes some sweets and chips, in this diet you can eat all what you like just when you start count calories than you will eat less unheathy things because they have not litll calories. This diet is the easiest for me and the best working for me.

I will write every day about this and I will write more how to count easy, how to calculate how much you should eat if you want loose some weight or gain weight. I am succesfull in this so I think I could help you be succesfull in this too.

Things like just eat less don't working for me, I have food addiction, I can't stop eat completely so I need to control this all the time.

Thank you :) I am health conscious but I have food addiction so I need to control myself. Problem is in my mind, I know this but this solution works for me so I use it.
