After 6 weeks of Intermittent fasting I finally made my first goal and lost 11.6 lbs to a weight of 185.
After trying multiple diets and working out like a fien with no results I found out about intermittent fasting by watching and learning from doctor berg on youtube. This is the best source for info and Dr Berg explains things where you understand the basics and all the info comes in 3 min videos
If anyone is considering this diet I would Highly recommend it!
