Carnivore Diary 20th of August 2024

This might not be a everyday thing, but I think it would be a nice way to keep a dietry (diet and diary, I know it is not that good).

This will be a short post about my diet, I started doing the carnivore diet about 2 months ago, but for the first 2 weeks I still ate bread for lunch, then I stopped with bread.
Restrictions I follow mostly.
No sugar
no bread, this is another vector for sugar.
no pop
no alcohol (not new in this diet)
no fruit
80% meat at least, possibly more than that.

My day started with my breakfast, a pack of kebab, 150 g meat, that would on some days also constitute lunch, but this morning I ate the whole thing, but then I will probably not eat any lunch today.
This evening I go out to eat, will probably eat two beef patties, with some sauce and peas.
Then I have a meeting in the chess club, but no game our tournament does not start yet.

After this I will be home and then go to bed maybe around 11 pm.

Tomorrow I might add a photo to document a ongoing weight loss, cutting sugar drops the kilos pretty easy.
I have already lost a 7 kg, though I was on 10. But I am not doing more than changing food on the 26th I will start training as well.
