Weight Gain on a Raw Food Diet - Fully Raw Vegan Diet Scam

There was a time in my life when I believed that a 100% low-fat, high-carb raw food diet was the answer to permanent weight loss. Just like every other diet scam in the world that was created to make the inventor a quick buck, weight loss is experienced in the beginning but when you discover that the diet isn’t sustainable long term because it lacks the essential nutrients your body needs in order to function properly and you're constantly starving, you regain all the weight that you’ve lost plus add a little more. Is a raw vegan diet the optimal diet for humans? Hell no.
