Today I want to talk you about the best keto meals - Salmon.In useful salmon, a lot of nutritious protein and so-called "good" fat and omega 3. Yesterday I cooked Broled Salmon on my keto dinner.
I want to share with you this simple but so tasty recipe.
Ingredients
- 3 (3-oz.) salmon fillets
- 1 teasp. mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, chopped (if you like)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Heat broiler and line a baking sheet with parchment. In a small bowl, mix together mustard, garlic, thyme and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Spread mixture all over salmon fillets and broil, 7 to 8 minutes.
