Some of us have been fighting being over weight for years. Many of the foods we eat are processed and it is hard to try to figure out what to eat and what not too. Good oils bad oils, you name it! All meat and protein diets etc., etc., and it never stops!
Many are addicted to sugar, carbs and heart stopping foods. Diabetes, heart disease, acne, rashes and on and on.
There is no magic pill and the meat and dairy industry will hate this! But for me not being a medical professional and on more diets than I can count and money spent on books etc., I have found two great sources for Free!
