The most succesful people have strong reasons why they want to do something.
Look at Musk, Gates, Bezos, Zucks, etc
So to help people succeed with a raw food diet, I often ask people to tell me why they want to eat a raw vegan diet in the first place.
It's essential to KNOW YOUR WHY when starting a huge undertaking. And if you can't tell me, good luck holding up long term.
Here's what I got:
I am already vegan. I do not eat white sugars, oils, etc. Only 'whole foods'... 80% raw... But I want to be 100% raw at the end of the year and I am on schedule. Love it!

NICE. This is freakin' gold for inspiration, man. My top reasons for going raw (fruitarian) and staying raw are...
Much love :)

As a Type 1 Diabetic, this is definitely the direction I'm moving in. I have seen significant changes in my A1C as a result of reducing my meat intake and increasing my vegetable intake. RAW is GOOD! Ty for posting this information!
I have done green smoothies but this would be harder. I may give it a try though, thanks for sharing!
You can do it! :)
Thank you, i love raw food diet too :)
I go 100% raw for 1 week every 3 months. I feel like I'm a million times smarter with so much more focus. It is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend to anyone to try it even if its only for a couple days a month.
Check out the latest video I posted to my page. The name of it is,
WHAT THE HEALTH?? It's absolutelyamazing
Really good post by the way. I love seeing stuff posted on here that is really helpful and encouraging.
wow this is big help for me to continue vegan diet. :) Thanks for the video you share to us
People who eat raw veges have more energy and are usually healthier provide they don't live an unhealthy lifestyle. The traditional cure for diabetes in foreign cultures is to go vegetarian. Here it seems to be to take medicine to MAINTAIN your level of diabetes but never to cure it.
You are what you eat. If you eat pizza you will look like a pizza Raw foot is the only way to go!
I really just need to commit to the raw diet. I'm about 80% raw at the moment, but eating out with friends where I live is nearly impossible raw.
I guess that is the biggest problem vegans face. Let me tell you an interesting story. In my small town in the central Serbia where is considered manly to eat as much meat as you can, there is a grill place called "The Lost Lamb", they have all sort of specialties when it comes to meat - grilled that and stuffed this, but its basically a fest food joint. Not being able to eat when you go out, may lead you to not going out at all, which I did back in the day. But one night after my friend birthday party we went out, and they wanted to eat, so they went to the lost lamb. Me being hungry I've asked if they could just make me a sandwich without meat just put some salads in it. They asked me if I wanted a tortilla instead of a regular bun. They put the tortilla on the grill so it would be crispy and thus less mucus forming, covered with some dried paprika spices, and filled it with cucumber, tomato, onions, cabbage... After giving me my order and charging me for it only 0.5$ the sales women asked my if I was fasting. I said no I am vegan. So we agreed that every time I come I'll ask for vegeteriana, and they will prepare the exact same thing.
p.s the look of doubt that people who are waiting in line give me when I come to the window and asking for vegeteriana, and the astonishment when I pick up my order :D
hahah. That's a great story. :) I've had very good luck for the most part, but it is sad when you get served a plain half of a head of iceburg lettuce and that's it. THat's awesome that the place you went to was so accommodating
I would also like to activate my wonder women superpowers LOL :D
Hey I just stumbled upon your channel when searching for people who are fruitarians. You have some good content so I am following you now. I was a fruitarian also, I took a step back to being a vegan but I'll get back on track as soon as I make the conditions right.
Do you follow the mucusless healing system and the teaching of Prof. Arnold Ehret or did you decide to go fruitarian on your own, and what led you to it?
If you would like check out my post about how dangerous it is to jump straight into fruitarianism, and my funny experience :)
