If you are confuse on how or what kind of fruits you can take to loose weight and burn fat, here I am sharing post on 5 types of fruit you can take to loose weight and burn down body fat


There are many fruits that contain to much or excessive sugar that are very fast to convert into fat in the body when you consume to much of them, but not less, there are fruit that do help to loose weight and burn fat.


THESE ARE THE FIVE (5) TYPES OF FRUIT THAT HELPS IN LOOSING WEIGHT AND BURN FAT



  • COCONUT

  • This is part of fruit that burn body fat, because it reduces cholesterol in the lever and tissues and this will also get you full.

  • This is part of fruit and vegetable family which contain the highest water content and minerals, it also helps in fast digestion and get you full without weighing you down and very fast in burning fat.
