In general, Digital Bangladesh is meant to be a technology based Bangladesh. It will be operated in all the activities of the country such as government, trade, education, agriculture etc. through computer and internet. Through this, Bangladesh will develop a developed society. No one in this society will be uneducated, everyone will be educated in education, so that all the clarity is ensured.

The number of people in Bangladesh is 17 million. The demand of this large number of people is inadequate, but the resources of the country are limited. It is necessary to build a happy Bangladesh through limited resources, a skilled manpower and the right utility of science and information technology. At present, the people of Bangladesh are not fully dependent on this technology, but in spite of imposing superstition in the present time, in different areas, still there is no improvement. On the other hand, the world's advanced countries will have to emphasize the importance of information technology.

The aim of the present government is to build a prosperous happy life of happiness. In the coming 2021, our golden jubilee of power The present government wants to build a Bangladesh by 2021 where it is able to achieve the highest possible growth. The basic needs of people like social justice, equality of women, opportunities of opportunity, rule of law, human rights, good governance and pollution free environment etc. The present government will formulate itself in the light of this vision and outline. Long-term perspective and long-term planning will be in this strategy.
Digital targets are some of the targets
- By 2021, the admission rate of elementary education will be 100%.
- By 2021, safe arrangements will be made for all the people of the country.
- By 2021, Bangladesh will be fed food.
- Poverty and unemployment rate will be reduced by 15 percent by 2021.
- Annual economic growth rate has increased by 10 percent in 2017.
