When did it all start ?
It started when i first discovered PAINT on windows as many other people, but i must admit that it was very very amateur, i still consider myself as amateur, until i can sell any of my works ! But that's not what i want to talk about now, i just wanted to share with you some of my recent works Using only a tablet and the Sketchbook App by Adobe, which is totally free to use and download through the App store. I am not promoting the app, but i highly recommend it for beginners in Digital Art.
So i've been looking for my digital works lately and i couldn't find the driver where i saved everything, it has been more than a 100 weeks. Luckily i had published some sketches and doodles on Behance since i was using Adobe Cloud under an old username "ladycactus" (yes i love Cactus ). And Here is what i found :
And this one is my favorite, i just love Marlon Brando so much !
But then i found this !
This was my First time really painting something using sketchbook on iPad. I used Colors like blue indigo, black, Gray, white, And purple. I used only my Finger to paint instead of a stylet or a graphic tablet pen , it just felt more natural
Space is a very interesting topic, but i dont usually think of Space as a far away place but as a part of our everyday Life. We tend to think of Space as an escape place.
In this project i starded with the sky seen from below. The Work Space is illustrated with a black And dark building that is also very high = success In business ... The bite of the man symbolizes the Hunger for the Money And capitalism. That is one blind desire.
The last illustration represents the invicible successful human, that has now become a super human, yet a blind one. Most of all, the human that has consumed what he produced to reach the sky forgetting that he is part of the universe And to the universe he returns.
Thanks for the inspiration. You just reminded me to turn off the computer and to do something, that I already enjoyed as a kid.
Searching my pencil now..
Glad that my silly sketches served a higher purpose ! Good luck with that, enjoy what you used to do and start doing it again with no hesitation, would love for you to share your drawings on steem when you're done ay !
