You can try making a gif it's not too complex! Get the Adobe Premiere trial version and then stack up your exported photoshop layers in the timeline and give each layer a video transition. You can set the blend modes exactly the same way as in photoshop (if you are using that). Your timeline could look something like this:

Btw, for video editing it's good to have more than 8gb RAM and a decent graphics card. But this kind of work using bitmap layers also works well on older models.
