If you have been following my blog closely, you would remember that I wrote about this happening a few weeks ago when Adam todd talked about the necessity. With Ooobtc currently on maintenance with very low liquidity, Mercatox doesn't just cut it as far as large investors go.
Traders would prefer buying tokens on credible exchanges. At least it tells a bit about the funding and the commitment of the team to the project, enough to push them to pay huge exchange fees to get listed.

Was HitBtc a Good Choice?
Yes, yes I think it is. Apart from the fact that the listing fee is relatively cheaper to powerhouse exchanges such as Binance and Bittrex, HitBtc is among the top 5 cryptocurrency exchanges by liquidity and the volume of transactions daily. This will eventually put the DGTX token right on the radar of big traders and I am excited.
Although, at first, everyone hoped it was Binance. And over at the Digitefutures telegram chat, some of the community members decried the listing on HitBtc. Turned out that HitBtc isn't exactly every trader's choice exchange is notorious for the hike in withdrawal fees.
However, the mods and admins in the group chat explained to everyone that getting listed HitBtc was for the best as it will have a positive influence on the token's valuation over the coming months since it provides the added advantage of liquidity!
Is DGTX trading already on HitBtc?
No. While the announcement was made after talks and payments have been concluded, Actual listing and the opening of deposits aren't until a few more days.
However, right after the news about the listing had been released, the DGTX token saw a quick spike in price value before coming to a gradual selloff as some traders take profits. Regardless, the price rally ended well above the previous market low as the past few days have seen the token's value hover between the 60,602 GWEI and the 62,000 GWEI price range, with a strong bullish outlook on the 1-hour timeframe on the charts.
The Malta Experience This Coming November

The Digitex team will be present at the Malta Blockchain Summit this November where the very first live demo of the platform will be carried presented to the world. This is pretty big news given the number of blockchain founders, CEOs, juggernauts, techies, and investors that will be present in that show. So far, there are about 161 speakers from diverse industries and projects as is seen on the Malta Blockchain Summit website.
I am confident that the precedence of the Malta event before the actual launch of the platform will put Digitex on the World radar and the open market out there, and make for a stronger community reception when the exchange is finally launched in December, which will in turn, greatly see to the appreciation of the token's price to reflect its added value and use.
