Disc Golf
This is what I like to do in my free time, play disc golf. The pic above is the path to hole 3 basket on a very famous course here in San Antonio,Tx. It's just such an exhilarating feeling to go outdoors and take in the fresh outdoor air. The smell of the leaves and water from the nearby creek. The rush of throwing a disc as hard as you can to reach your intended target. The feel of the blood running through your veins as you release the disc setting it to sail through the air. It is an ecstasy when the disc is thrown and it follows the exact path you imagined like a vision or a dream that has met it's destiny. But I'm going to tell you I had the worst game of my life but it was all so bad I can only tell you what I remember. I don't regret what I did but it made me realize that in life your not always gonna know what direction it will take you and mostly stick to what you know to be true and real. So last week I decided to take a hit of acid going to a new course I never played before I handle psychedelics pretty well so I don't know what I was thinking but yes that's what I did. Everything started out fine I was already really feeling the effects as I got to the course the first 4 holes were fine I didn't do too good 1 par and 3 bogeys. By the fourth hole I lost complete perception of everything because by the fourth hole your going into a forest and everything just started looking the same like some blair witchcraft stuff. lol. Then I couldn't find the baskets from a distance because I would see it then I started seeing multiple baskets way out in the distance every time I tried to focus I saw a new basket. Hahahahaha. I was ready to quit but I was the one who wanted to play disc golf so I just had to suck it up and go with it. I remember 5 through 8 I kept seeing fences everywhere and I was worried I was gonna throw my disc over the fence. I would walk up to my disc and I saw it everywhere as I was walking up to it multiple discs would appear that look just like mine. I also do remember making a distant 40 yard putt that felt like I was 5 feet from the basket. By hole 9 it was taking so long each shot and it was already getting dark, so we only played the front nine. It was really wild and the trip was some really good stuff I think I would have enjoyed it way better playing on a course that was familiar to me.
