I suppose the benefits referred to in the article are very important, including the fact of transform an economically passive population (a burden for the State) into economically active population , but I do not understand how to legalize a procedure that is associated with a citizen who it's not legalized in the country.
First of all we do need to make sure people come to our Country in a proper fashion and that means to be legally Naturalized here if they want to stay permanently. No exceptions
That being said if you just look at what they have done in taking some of the worse and most disgusting jobs in our Nation ( that no one else wants)s and working their asses off...well there is no way you can say they have been a burden. That's just BS as the Stats do not lie.
