I was thinking about @shattenjaeger's post about how to make Steem more efficient. I thought it was funny.
We should stop requiring anything be written in the post, and we could all just collect our votes, and decide what we want to have in payouts using the bidbots. We should be able to setup posting templates for dummies by now, come on guys let's get this thing automated.
We could automate posts, comments, votes and botbids, please someone build an app!
I'm not complaining, I just think it is funny some days...
Everyone wants engagement and probably votes, but many don't want to give it back.
This is my daily post to collect rewards. <=== read that in a robot voice
All in fun
@whatsup,
Wuth upcoming updates and upgrades I think people will not thinking about Authorship! Coz this blockchain is now shifting to a business platform with SMT! So, we won't bother makes money if we have SP at our stock!
Cheers~
This comment is a placeholder, so I can gather my daily votes...
And my comment was a placeholder so I can earn my Partiko points and finally get on that damned leaderboard

This is my comment.
It is an authentic comment in response to your post.
It acknowledges the effort and originality of your post, while itself being a witty and original response.
It is an engaging comment, instantly gratifying the reader, by praising them, while at the same time enriching their lives long term, by giving them pause for thought.
It is a vote-worthy comment, yet a modest comment, that would never insist on such a thing.
It is the kind of comment that sets an example to other comments how to be.
Put simply, it is a good comment.
I was mentioning how good your comments are today.... And you prove it again.
I buy my comments from Comment Farm, a start-up business still in beta, launching on the Blockchain soon.
Comment Farm's ideology is to create comments that are shit-comments, but don't seem like it.
For every ten comments you buy, you get one free. This comment is the free one, which you can tell from it's slightly lower quality.
Still, thanks so much for your kind words.
If I might ask, where did you buy them? ;)
Man, this idea about comment farm, its... BRILLIANT!
Someone have to coded it, and coded it NOW!
Hmmm. I perfectly get where you're coming from. Steem is advertised as a social network where quality content gets higher votes, but it's usually "the one with the better connections gets bigger votes". I've been playing this game since January and I've thought about this formality of posting everyday.
I was thinking today about this because I saw a friend of mine who posts 1 big good quality article everyday and still gets about 10% of what I get with medium-sized medium-quality posts, sometimes twice a day, sometimes every two or three days (whenever I feel like it).
I thought then that his effort is clearly way higher than mine but his reward is miles lower. As chekohler said, once we get the autovotes, it's just a matter of mining. If my friends made one-line posts, I'd still vote for them because of our relationship.
Where is this taking Steem? Is this consistent with the social philosophy that is supposed to make the site grow through indexation, activity attraction and value through token use?
I'd say that it was always like this, but I think it was actually worse before this. The only difference now is that some people can use bid bots to get votes while they couldn't use them in the past.
Well okay there was another difference too. The occasional whale used to upvote people's posts in the past but they don't swim in these oceans much nowadays.
Nice post... Good information...
you forgot "pls follow me back"
I'm no good. :(
It's like my dad always used to say.
Lol i guess we can toss the entire human element out the window or proof of brain lets just run scripts that make posts and turn this into a roundabout way to mine cryptocurrency.
umm..hello...it's called quantified self...
Exactly this
very much good, upvote for upvote so we can yes?
Great post! ;) lol
Lol let's all just forget about Manual curation. Hell, let's remove the 'social' and call it 'Robot' Media
Lol

Lol!
Anti-social media
Sorry, but you are going to have to do with my hunan comment, and human upvote😉
It's an interesting topic and issue that you are raising...
Think we've had this discussion before..Few people can make a quality post, many people try...
Few people can make a quality comment, many people try...and the rest use their automated bots and so on...Sometimes giving the wierdest answers😉
In my opinion, the people who are making an effort, doing quality comments are often overlooked, and not rewarded enough in this system..
A quality post consists of good material and a lot of quality comments😉
And how do you measure quality..??.. to me, quality is people doing an effort!!
Yeah, I agree we don't give comments enough love, myself included. I feel like I am always short on Voting Power. Guess I need more steem.
Here is some full power love from me😉
No matter what @whatsup you always give an answer back...unlike most of the big ones..Credit for that!
Yes, get some STEEM while it's still cheap👍
It takes a lot of Steem and Time to reply to everyone, write and curate others as well. No wonder more folks don't stick around. :)
That is what you get from interacting with people...on a social media platform...who would have known😉
Not writing will save space on the blockchain.

THIS! Hands down, lol!
LOL! I am here for the robotic voice and the comment section! Have you read all of them? You should... People are hilarious as hell and a robotic site can't have that!
It is my true feeling that I get the best comments on the Blockchain. I have no idea why, but I love it.
I think on my part I comment because you take the time to reply to most of our comments. That to me makes you worthy of the best you can get :)
Yeah, those who want engagement to be a one-way street confuse me. I enjoy conversations, but again, I don't consider myself to be an Author, I consider most of my posts to be a conversation starter.
Should you, at some point, become dissatisfied with the quality of the comments you get: we provide to-the-point, erudite, and eloquent comments, especially, but not exclusively, for those who buy votes and consequently get only sycophant and overly short replies in English of doubtful quality.
We do expect a small fee, of course.
Buy a Real Comment! Comment: 10 STEEM. Defence in debates, max. 5 comments: 40 STEEM. No refunds.
haha, wow! :)
Well, as you can buy everything else already ...
Far too many words for an automated money collecting post :0)
True!
hahahaha I'm so tired today (read that in a whiny voice), so I'm writing an empty post called This is ALSO my placeholder so I can gather my daily votes Post :) Awesome idea @whatsup!! :)
lol, I went to look at your blog to see if you really made it. lol. :) Sending you guys healing thoughts and energy.
hahahahaha that is hilarious!!! :) Thanks for the laugh LOLOL
Thanks for the "healing thoughts and energy" too; we'll take it!! <3
As does yours. ;)
Nice clicks.

Great post sir! Keep it up.
She's a lady, though.
My point exactly...
I am looking to make money and support the folks I deem worth supporting. I am not sure how bright a future would be for the platform but if you find a way to save me time while I upvote you and my other friends, I am all for it!
Nah I can't do it.
Haha, Well, I'm suffering writers block, so I make a dumb post once a day....
Even your dumb posts make me laugh a little. Sometimes I like to skip from the business and social news pages and look at comics for a laugh so there is nothing wrong with that.
Sir! Upvote, resteem done! Sir, yes Sir!
Interesting perspective, yet some people believe that automation is the only way to be more efficient and perform well.
Hello, @whatsup, I am a human just upvoting your post.
Send .001 STEEM for no reason to @justinashby. Not for a vote or resteem, just because.
Follow @justinashby and it will activate my paranoid delusions.
Happy STEEMing!
Hey Justin, Waves!
Real non automated comment. Hope you're well. E.
Real response, I'm good, how are you?
wonderful. I'm glad you're well. Good over here - just hustling away on an super epic steemit meetup / collaboration. it should have been done a week ago but i've been hella busy.
Edit - just noticed i've hit a rep of 60..... Not that it really matters... but still kinda cool.

As long as the bot allowz me to post via Partiko android so I can collect me rewards from there too, great idea sir!

That would be good. Your comment reminded me to use Partiko. I use it a lot when away from home but forget when I can use my PC
Posted using Partiko Android
what kind of rewards do you get from posting there? steem or something else?
Appreciate the irony there of typos. It doesn't help with those!
Posted using Partiko Android
You get 'rewards' for posting commenting and voting via it. Which youll later be able to convert to steem apparently. Dunno what the ratio will be.
It's also very useable - basically an android app for steemit. I'm on mu phone noe using it. Much easier than via a browser.

I do some automated voting but then I see what has been voted for and take a look. 100% manual voting is too time consuming, I do it when I can but its not something I enjoy and I'm pleased that there are options to make it easier.
I manually vote and I think I am alone in that. :) Not seriously, but close.
Resistance is futile...
Sometime last year I discover an automated fiction program you only needed to fill in a few names and choose some key words and it came back with a whole story...I even posted the result, obviously explaining it's not a real fiction I wrote.... As easy as it was to use, sadly it isn't fully automated so it doesn't fit the purpose you described...
On a more serious note, I'm happy with Steemit as it is - even when I struggle to find a relevant topic to write, I have fun interacting with others, commenting, even joking with friends.... much more fun than other social media that don't even pay you...
I saw that too, I even used it and gave it credit for a post! :)
Congratulations @whatsup!
Your post was mentioned in the Steemit Hit Parade in the following category:
Lol A steemit without manual curators will be a pitiable place IMO @whatsup
< will think of a comment at later point , maybe >

Have to settle for a gif
