Sounds great in theory, but my personal experience is counter-evidence. My mother died of Alzheimer's even though she never ate any processed or junk foods. When I used to eat a lot of trans fats my brain was as sharp as a tack. But since I stopped eating trans fats, I'm having trouble staying awake. Go figure!
